The Browse for Content
panel is used to find audio recordings by navigating using standard file browsing techniques. Once audio is selected by location and date, it
can be added to either an archive job, or a deletion job. You can also select other files (e.g. FTR Log Notes) with the
Add
Other function. When completed just start the archive process
- The Job Status
panel shows the progress status of all archive and deletion jobs.
- Additional status information is also displayed in this area. Clicking on any item in the job queue provides specific status information for each job. This information can be copied and pasted to other applications for preparation of media labels
The Search for Content
panel provides disk usage information on a selected server. By performing a search on the selected server you can quickly assess how
much audio is available.
The search is recursive. Archiving and deletion jobs can be started from here giving total control over central management tasks.
