DS-5000

DS-5000 Voice Recorder and AS-5000 Transcription Kit, Olympus introduces two new products for across-the-board professional dictation requirements.

These top-of-the-range devices are complemented by the all-new DSS Player Pro software which provides added power and versatility to streamline workflow for more efficiency.

With a focus on flexibility, security, simplicity and reliability, the DS-5000 incorporates numerous state-of-the-art features to boost the productivity of dictation-users in all types of small, medium and even large businesses.

This is further enhanced when used in conjunction with the AS-5000 Transcription Kit. Dictation and transcription requirements are therefore seamlessly integrated into the daily office workflow.

DS 4000

By customising its controls and settings, the DS-4000 digital voice recorder can be perfectly adapted to suit your working environment needs - whether it is in the conference room, court, lab or on the move.

Its smart, full-metal body also features a compact, ergonomic form and slide-switch control to enhance performance. The use of removable storage media delivers effectively unlimited recording times and thanks to the high quality, high compression DSS file format, you won't have to change cards often.

On the 32MB memory card provided, has over 5 hours recorded in SP mode. Once the data is transferred onto your PC or server, the user-friendly DSS Player Pro software supplied helps to streamline your workflow.

AS 4000

Comprising of a footswitch, headset and DSS Player Pro transcription software, the AS-4000 Transcription Kit makes typing up dictation easy.

The transcription software module in particular helps streamline every aspect of the process. For example, in and out trays facilitate document management while job status information (finished, pending, cancel job) gives you an immediate overview.

The automation of work processes such as the receipt and redirection of dictations to corresponding in-trays via FTP, POP3, STMP or network is also possible.
